David MacGregor is a Scottish World Jazz Guitarist, Composer, Music Educator and Recording Artist. He specialises in the genre of World Jazz and his main career consists of travelling the world performing solo concerts and collaborating with world-renowned artists. He is often booked to provide specialised Master Classes and Guitar Workshops, as well as to teach guitar and other music related subjects online to students from all over the world. David is also a prolific composer and is an expert at creating something from nothing, weather it is an on the spot improvisation or an in depth composed piece of music.
In 2004, David started his career and has now planned, written and performed his own specialised touring projects all over North American, Latin America and Europe. He has studied and played many different styles of music such as Jazz, Folk, Funk, Rock and Heavy Metal, World, Latin, Reggie, Blues and Classical.
His unique style and sound are a combination of all these musical genres and more.
David has recently relocated from Mexico to The Netherlands and will keep making sure to treat his audience to honest, fresh, inspiring and entertaining music performed to the highest standard that is for those who look for something different in life.
